This is interesting!!! The Maxtender Penis Extender is a newcomer on the enlargement device market. The extender is a bit less complex than the rest of the devices as it is made of a relatively simple plastic tube. This contributes to the VERY ATTRACTIVE PRICE at $69.95. It does not have the same construction as the rest of them, as you can tell from the pics.
Impression:
Right out of the box it´s obvious that the Maxtender is cheap to manufacture. In fact, it feels a bit, well… plastic. Not that it affects performance or anything, but the more expensive extender machines such as the Vimax or the JesExtender has a heavier, sturdier feel. But that´s OK, you get what you pay for to an extent.
In Use:
Using the device is easy. Simply insert your penis into the Extender, secure the head, and adjust the tension. As time goes by a simple adjustment of the device will allow you to stretch further and further. The Maxtender feels quite OK to wear and I think it can be used for long “training periods” with little discomfort. It does NOT feel or look as bad as in the picture! Thank God!
Results:
The Maxtender results are rather good! It is not as effective as the expesive competitore, but at least in the same ballpark. The studies I have been allowed study shows that the Maxtender can give you 1/2 – 1? longer penis when used over a longer period of time.
Conclusions
Well, the Maxtender is cheap but performs well for its price. It cannot be worn under the clothes like for example the MaxWilly, but it was never intended to. Maxtender also have the balls to promise a 100% satisfaction guarantee. A good buy for the money, I´ll say!

This product is the very best priced penis extender on the market. If you are after maximum bang for the buck – look no further! The MaxWilly Extender is another variant of a tried and true construction. It is safe to say that the MaxWilly is a safe bet when it comes to solid reliable results. This is the same basic construction that I myself used, and it managed to solve my own penis enlargement problems – a great method.
Impression:
The Max Willy extender gives an impression of reliability, the stretching device is surprisingly heavy. Nice! Some extras are also included like pads and silicone bands, which is good. I also got a membership to a porn site (!!!) – always a welcome thing hahaha! At least to get some inspiration for use of the MaxWilly. On the downsite: I saw some casting imperfections in the base of the Maxwilly, nothing serious and nothing that can affect performance. BUT, I feel I must mention it. Costs have to be cut somewhere I guess.
In Use:
Yes, the MaxWilly uses the same method as the other similar stretching devices. Put the silicone band around the head and adjust the screws to set the right tension. A program for training/stretching is of course included. The rubber silicone band is very comfortable at first, but I experienced a slight discomfort during more than 4 hours of continous use. But, that can be individual, as all penises are not created equal.
Results:
MaxWilly results are very satisfying I must say. I have been able to take part of the results of a big penis enlargement study not yet published. The study indicated gain of around 1 – 6? for a majority of themen studied when using the product. Not bad at all,
Conclusions:
A fine penis enlargement product. It is, like is competitors, a bit expensive. But you absolutely get what you pay for – good device! The Proextender is another strong competitor in the tissue expansion or penis stretching device market segment. In general it´s safe to say that it is constructed like the majority of the field, and it is for sure a quality offering from ProExtender. The company is enjoying a good reputation on the internet and as far as I can tell from testimonials and penis enlargement user forums, it is really working very well.
Impression:
This is a sturdy device, whitout any doubt. The only thing that lowers the instant first over all impression is the cardboard box it comes in. This is a MINOR POINT as the performance of the penis extender product is the central thing for us. But, I mention it anyway to make sure you get all the information you need to compare the penis products reviewed by me.
In Use:
Proextender uses the same method as the other similar devices. Conclusions:
This is a nice example of a QUALITY stretching product. Pricey – yes, but as the old saying goes: if you head is worth 20$, then get a 20$ helmet… As always in life you get what you pay for. I have got a very positive impression of the Pro Extender. There are many choices on the market, and The Pro Extender is a very good alternative.

OK, my first impressions: I ordered and 3 days later I recieved the so called entry level package, delivered in a simple cardboard box – but don´t be misled by this – The Jes-Extender is the same thing as the one in the original and silver editions available for a higher price. The Jes-Extender itself really gives me the impression of a costly high end medical instrument. This machine is certanly no joke and you can tell that right away! A serious penis building machine!
The kit includes 6 sets of elongation bars (2-9 inches) and a set keys to tighten/loosening the elongation bars. Also they offer 2 years warranty, manual and full Jes-Extender service. Sounds great! For the buyer with a bit more of an exclusive taste they also offer a so called JES Extender Gold Edition with the same parts as the original but covered with 24 carat gold. Lifelong warranty and the high end Comfort Strap is included. Apart from full Jes-Extender service they can also offer a free consultation at their plastic surgeon in Denmark and initials engraved. This sure isn´t bad but it costs 699$! On the other hand, your penis should be your best friend & be treated accordingly I suppose.
In Use:
Well, this one ROCKS! I get no discomfort at all using it for longer periods. very nice. I only wonder what the gold version is like with the high end Comfort Strap.
